SEASIDE bedrooms and en suite baths are centrally air
conditioned, and ceiling fans are strategically located throughout
each house. Each home is equipped with a self-starting generator
and a cistern. Telephone, high speed internet, and cable television
connections are standard features.
Outdoor Living SEASIDEresidences take advantage of an exceptional climate, cooling tradewinds, and extraordinary views. They provide a variety of ways to enjoy outdoor living in the West Indies. The Caribbean Sea is just steps from each residence. Even closer are individual pools for some, and a shared 80 foot long pool for others. In addition, many homes have spa pools located in private, landscaped courtyards. Loggias, terraces, and verandahs bring the outdoors in with views that are both stunning and soothing to the spirit.

Pools SEASIDE residences offer a variety of pool options. Four have private pools with infinity edges; two have lap pools. Purchasing a Condominium
SEASIDE at Cliffdwellers is registered under the Condominium Act of 1976, and condominium owners are subject to the recorded Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the Bylaws of the Condominium Association. Copies of these and related documents are available through Cliffdwellers or a real estate agent.
The Alien Landholding License Fee of 10% of the purchase price has been WAIVED for non-nationals. However, non-nationals must still be granted a license to own the condominium.
The Stamp Duty of 5% on the sales price is fully paid by Cliffdwellers.
Economic Citizenship
SEASIDE at Cliffdwellers is approved under the Economic Citizenship Program of St. Kitts and Nevis. Buyers interested in applying for economic citizenship should consult a local attorney.
